Legal Terms That Actually Make Sense

matusow operates where state law permits, and these pages spell out exactly what that means for your account, your wallet and your data. Whether you fund through PayPal, Venmo or a Play+ prepaid card, the same terms apply — clearly written, no fine-print ambushes.

DATA SECURITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

What We Do With Your Account Data

Your account data is held under standard security practices and is never sold to third parties. Cookies on matusow track session activity and payment-method preferences — you can manage these through your browser or the Cookie Settings link in the site footer. Here is how we handle the four areas that matter most to you.

Data Retention

Account records, including transaction history for PayPal, Venmo and Play+ deposits, are kept for the period required by applicable US financial regulations, then deleted.

Cookie Policy

We use functional and analytics cookies only. No advertising network cookies are placed without your explicit consent via the footer Cookie Settings panel.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by password hashing and optional two-step verification. Withdrawal requests require a verified payment method before any funds move.

Requesting Changes

You can request a data export, correction or deletion by emailing our support address or submitting through the Legal tab in Account Settings. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

How to Contact Us on Policy Matters

If you have a specific question about how our terms apply to your account — a dispute, a data request or a payment query tied to PayPal or Venmo — there are three ways to get a direct response. Pick the channel that fits your situation and we will route it to the right team.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any page while logged in. Policy and account-term questions are handled by a dedicated queue separate from general support.
Email Support Send legal or data-related requests to our support address found under Account Settings. Written requests get a written response, which is useful for formal records.
Account Help Center The Help Center inside your account lists current policy documents, state eligibility notices and the steps to submit a formal dispute or data-access request.

Answers on Policy, Access and Your Rights

These are the questions we hear most often from account holders about how our terms work in practice — from state access to data requests and payment disputes.

Access depends on whether your state permits this type of online platform. Check your local state gaming laws; we are available only where state law authorizes it.

Before your first withdrawal — whether to PayPal, Venmo or a Play+ card — we verify your name, address and the payment method on file. A government-issued ID is standard.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the Legal tab in Account Settings or by email. We will provide a copy of the data we hold within the timeframe applicable law requires.

Open a dispute through live chat or email with your transaction ID and the payment method used — PayPal, Venmo or Play+. The team reviews the transaction record and responds in writing.

We email account holders before significant term changes take effect. The current version of every policy document is always available in the Legal tab of your Account Settings.

Transaction and identity records are retained for the period required by US financial regulations. Non-required data is deleted. You can request confirmation of deletion after your account closes.
